- This book has not aged well. Whilst most of the book is very enjoyable to read I cannot get behind the final page where (spoiler alert!) the ideal gift is a kitten. I know many breeders won’t sell this time of year. A very irresponsible message for young children that needs updating.
This is so cute for little ones who love flap books. The items like one is a mask is a bit advanced for my daughter to recognise what it is but otherwise it’s great! The board book is also way more sturdy than the dear zoo paper back book.
